    Purchased to replace old washer for tenant.Never worked since day one, purchased on 12/29/2020, deliverd on 1/6/2021,contact samsung on 1/9/2021 for repair, still not resolved the issues.

    Had this washer for a month and broke down, spin cycle makes washer bounce around loud. Do not recommend.

      Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning.

      This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.

    Worked for a year and now aggressively shakes. Didnt buy a warranty thinking Samsung would make a washer that lasts, I was wrong. Now I have to pay for a repair. Also the annoying jingle when a load is finished is ridiculous, and you cant turn it off.

    Loud obnoxious tones play after everything it does, and there is no way to turn it off at all. I ended up opening the system and disconnecting the speaker. I couldn't take it anymore

    NEVER THOUGHT BEST BUY WOULD BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! OUR DELIVERY PROMISE OF 12/18 CHANGED TO MAYBE 1/4 AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS 12/17 THAT VERIFIED DELIVERY 12/18.     Less than a year it has failed.

    I’ve had since August all of a sudden it smelled like melted plastic and stopped working. It’s be used lightly, will be calling company tomorrow.

    Broken new washer.

    We received this washer Oct 3. Today Dec.9 it’s starting to emit a burning odor and stop working. It will not spin nor rinse! Do not buy!

    The worst bought in feb and now is breaking down keeps saying error code D1 or EC it will start to work then just stop and error code won’t go off I’ve tried everything it was a waste of money

    Did not work. Wasted my time and money renting a pickup just for it to not work then I had to pay to rent a pickup again to drop it off. I was so angry & disappointed

    Terrible Product

    The Samsung "Vibration Reduction Technology" should read, "Vibration Rattletrap Technology" since with even tiny loads, this Washing Machine will lump most items onto one spot, go into spin cycle, and create a loud banging vibration---and possibly shut down altogether. I had a Best Buy technician here to measure the vibration which, of course, they said was normal on "today's machines" because many are mostly plastic inside. ---Part of the problem seems to be the "impeller" which is different from an “agitator” which is a large rotating post to mix around the laundry items. The flat impeller saves space, but the laundry sloshes around and can easily end up in one area, so the spin is frequently out of balance. ---With 2 t-shirts and one dress shirt today, the machine vibrated fiercely, but did not shut down. That’s 3 shirts that created a vibration problem! Just imagine what heavy towels and blankets will do. Go with agitator, not impeller, or try non-Samsung unit.

    Third party came for install. He left the washing machine in the garage because he said that the pan in the laundry was not correct. The pan is correct. The builders manager on site had to come and hook it up AFTER I paid for the service

    Nothing But Problems

    Thought we loved this machine but now that we have had it for a year a half and it takes hours, like over 6 to wash a simple load. Make sure you buy the warranty.
