    Clothes not cleaned

    I purchased just one month ago. The clothes could not be cleaned as expected. Now it is getting much worse. We tried every way, changed washing liquid, and tried to do deep wash. But it doesn't clean at all. The clothes come out as dirty as they were.

    Don’t waste your money

    I rarely leave reviews but this washer is so bad. The clothes come out covered with lint and looking dirtier than when they went into the washer! It doesn’t appear to have a trap to be cleaned and the manual doesn’t provide any solutions to this problem.

    Purchased to replace old washer for tenant.Never worked since day one, purchased on 12/29/2020, deliverd on 1/6/2021,contact samsung on 1/9/2021 for repair, still not resolved the issues.

    Loud obnoxious tones play after everything it does, and there is no way to turn it off at all. I ended up opening the system and disconnecting the speaker. I couldn't take it anymore

      Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning.

      This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.

    Worked for a year and now aggressively shakes. Didnt buy a warranty thinking Samsung would make a washer that lasts, I was wrong. Now I have to pay for a repair. Also the annoying jingle when a load is finished is ridiculous, and you cant turn it off.

    Less than a year it has failed.

    I’ve had since August all of a sudden it smelled like melted plastic and stopped working. It’s be used lightly, will be calling company tomorrow.

    Musical washer

    This is my first washer without an agitator. It is quiet, easy to use and washes well, even large loads like bedding. It takes a while to start up and the water does not start until the lid is closed. I have not used the self clean feature yet but it I like that it self cleans. Also like the tune it plays when the wash is over!

    Did not work. Wasted my time and money renting a pickup just for it to not work then I had to pay to rent a pickup again to drop it off. I was so angry & disappointed
