GREAT FOR SENIOR CARE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Caring for an elderly parent makes laundry a top priority so when my washing machine couldn't decide if it wanted to work or not I went strait to Best Buy. The non-agitator technology makes washing comforters guilt free and I am in love. The clear lid is a nice touch and the computerized use is great.

Cleans as well as the old style with the large beater in the middle. It is also relatively compact. It was much easier to fit in the laundry room that the one this replaced.

I don’t regret getting this washer. It’s very easy to use and I love it. My husband’s work clothes is one of the toughest to wash since he works construction. It comes out super clean.

We want to make sure what causes the noise on your Samsung washer.
Samsung washers are generally very quiet, and most noises are either normal or can be easily corrected.

They were mixed loads from light to heavy. I am pleased with the cleaning and near damp end result. dryer time is far less now. So far it is a positive washing experience except during the washing cycle it groans like a holler monkey with stomach problems. I live in a Condo, so the laundry room is in a hall, three feet from a bedroom door.

Lots of space, clothes get rinsed properly every time, not soaking wet, etc. Fairly quiet as well! We had one issue where the drum came off, so it couldn't spin correctly. It was my fault after not putting enough items in there and just one sheet (it doesn't do well with un-like items.) But, Samsung helped us do a factory reset and it fixed itself-amazing! Would highly recommend if you are in need of a washer!
