good product. simple and fairly quiet. I am very pleased.

I have had this washer for less than a month. The machine is beautiful, however, almost totally plastic except for the washing drum. There are items I do not like about the machine: (1) The machine gets off balance very easily. (2) I am 5'5" and cannot reach to the bottom of the washer. (3) The washing cycles are too long. I had to buy a grabber and step stool to reach socks on the bottom of the machine. The machines very good.

The washer works great and is significantly quieter than the old style washer it replaced. The best part of the purchase was the 'will call' pickup availability. The personnel at their Missouri City location were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Best Buy was the only major retailer that offered warehouse pickup and saved my husband a trip back to Houston with the farm truck.

Love the see through top door. It’s so quite and leave clothes smelling and feeling. So fresh and so clean…

I got a lemon! My washer makes weird mechanical grinding noises, constantly goes off balance and we have to redistribute almost every load, it's loud and leaves my clothes very damp. I've had to call a service tech and they are ordering a part. So basically, I received my washer broken

Great washer to purchase for everyday clothes and sheets. If washing bulky bedding and sleeping bags might look at something similar with maybe a tumbler. Overall good things to say so far.

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give this washer 0 stars I would! I bought my washer in October 2020. It started giving me problems about three years later. When I called Geek Squad they kept giving me the run around because they swore they couldn't fix it and suggested that I just purchase a new washer. Absolutely not I told them and the fact that I was experiencing problems was ridiculous! So I had no choice but to call Samsung and explain my situation they covered the cost of replacement but I still had to pay for their labor. Well now my washer completely went out. This washer did not even make it to five years old. Ridiculous!!! Shame on Samsung stick to making cellular phones.

I purchased this top loader in 02/2021… a bit over 2years and it does not work properly within the last 2 / 3 months. It started throwing errors of unbalanced load… adjusted the clothes and sometimes that worked and sometimes it restarted the cycle again. And if I am not watching my laundry it can restart multiple times!! The unbalanced code displays during the rinse cycle regardless of a super small load, full load and anything in between. I am always cautious of the amount of clothes and the proper cycle settings. Frustrating. I was hoping that this brand would last a lot longer than this.

Great Top Loader. It's just the right depth as my fingers just reach to the bottom. It does a good job of washing our clothes and getting off the cat hair. The glass top makes it fun to watch.

Bought this washer and matching dryer just over 3 yrs ago. After buying and mentioning to friend that I bought new set, he said, hope its not Samsung. Washer worked great but last month, starting shaking badly during the spin cycle. I read online to change out the springs, called Samsung to get part number, ordered springs on Amazon, installed in 20 mins, tried again. Shaking was the same, tried zip tying outter drum inside unit, but the heavy duty zip ties just busted. Made call to local appliance repair place to see if they could repair it, they told me that they do not repair Samsung, that should say alot. Wife said, need new washer, did not waste my time or extra money and just bought a different name brand washer. This washer only lasted me just over 3 yrs, long enought to be out of extended warranty. I was really hoping to get more time out of this washer, but if you read online blogs, a lot of other people are having the same issues.

I have had this washer for a few weeks now and I love her! Such a big upgrade from what I had before. Have no complaints here. Would recommend.

Washer purchased Oct 2020. The load is always off balance. After a month of constant load interruptions, it shakes violently and won't spin the water out. Looking forward to high repair bill, since these things are built to only to outlast the warranty period. Samsung cell phone - yes! Samsung appliances - heck no! My Samsung dryer has had to be repaired twice in less than 3 years.
