The worst ever

From the day I purchase to the day I got rid of it. It was straight up horrible. Constantly shaking. Always off balance, i always had to call into Samsung for help or assistance with the shaking. Then they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to have a tech come out and check it out. Never ever again This machine was A big waste of money

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good at first, but after 3.5 years, it violently shakes and I can’t seem to fix it. Clothes are soaked and I have to reposition them multiple times for the drum to finally drain/spin. And when I say violently, I mean violently. The washing machine moves across the floor and my entire house shakes … it’s crazy! Replaced the springs and that worked for about a week, but now we are back to square one. I realize parts break, but I wouldn’t expect to have such an issue with a brand new appliance after only a few years. Next purchase, I’ll be steering clear of Samsung.

It gets off balance, completely easy and Samsung remedy to this is oh just wash everything in the sheets and bedding. I mean, what’s the Sense and having a washer with options when you can’t use just one, I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t buy a washing machine every three years this happened at the beginning

Samsung was horrible when I was trying to get it repaired! I had to reach out to an outside company! $500 dollars later washer repaired! I would prefer an agitator! My clothes doesn’t seem clean and no matter how much soap I use soapy suds are not existent!!! Don’t waste your money
