We needed a 27 in wide washer to fit thru the doorway. To our surprise this thinner washer had much more capacity for wash cyles. Water conservation was excellent. Clothes were clean with half the water than our other washer. This was important since we are on a septic system

Very good Machine for big loads and clean clothes.

Moved to a new home and bought the Samsung washer and dryer pair for it. My old pair was by Whirlpool. Whirlpool dryer was extremely noisy from the beginning. This washer has been great. Cleans thoroughly and I like having a timer on the panel so I know how much more time it has to complete the wash. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my new washer. Gets clothes super clean. Easy to operate. Uses less water. Outstanding value! Will pay for itself in less than 20 weeks apposed to going to the laundromat. Thank You Best Buy!!!

This washer is great. It cleans stuff in a hurry, is easy to load, and intuitive enough that my older parents are able to use it with no tutoring. The sounds it make seem like a korean game show invaded the laundry room, but I'll let y'all decide for yourselves if that is good or bad. Most importantly, it DOESN'T SHAKE.

Good value for a great, quiet machine. Pleasant tone at the finish of wash, easy to operate. Laundry is really clean and I love the room of not having an agitator.

Great washer we love it very big and very efficient

So far this is a great product. Minimal noise easy to clean and easy instructions as to how use the machine and maintain it. The only thing that may be a negative is the vibration when the product is on spin cycle other than that so far so good!

Love it! Aside from the clean look of this washing machine, the overall functionality and ease is top notch. The salesperson in Paramus was extremely knowledgeable and showed me different options. Once I chose this one we scheduled the delivery at a time that worked for me the following week and they sent a professional to install. I read the manual and started to do washes ASAP! It’s quiet and easy to use that even my husband (who generally does NOT do laundry) uses it! Highly recommend

This washer replaced a much more expensive model that only lasted 6 years. So far, it's cleaning well, is quieter than the other, and easily handles even our king sized weighted blanket. What's better? Well, from my perspective, the best thing is that you can control the water level that goes in, I was never convinced the other washer actually had enough water to clean the laundry. Also, it doesn't have features we don't need, like steam. Seriously, I'm doing laundry, not preparing crab legs for dinner! While not silent, it is much more quiet than other washers we have owned. The time the washer says a load will take is accurate, again something that was not consistent with the expensive model. And finally, even though the store did not have it in stock, I was able to pick it up at the distribution center about a half hour from our house, and process that was quick and seamless - no line, friendly staff, and it was loaded right from the warehouse into my truck - literally 15 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was driving away. We tried several other stores because our previous washer had broken, and we needed a washer now. The warehouse pick-up option was way better than waiting 10 days or more from the 4 other stores we had tried.

This machine is perfect. Does everything and not complicated. LARGE capacity drum and very quiet! Good quality and price.

Love this washer! I like that you can fit more in without the middle agitator! Its quite enough and does a good job!

Samsung top load washer is very efficient! We are pleased with results with all the loads we have done so far. It performs great removing stains, detergent and fabric softener after the final rinse. This is a very quiet washer that gets the job done. We will have this one for a long time and I am sure it will hold up to our expectations. The markings on all knobs are clear and easy to see as well. A pleasure to do business with Best Buy in getting the “best” equipment at the “best price!”
