I was looking for a washer that could handle bigger loads and was somewhat quiet. This has been all that and more. It is simple and easy to use and does a great job.

Purchased this Jan 2023, leaving review Dec 2024. I have no complaints about this washing machine. It cleans effectively, is relatively quiet and shows little to no wear to date. I have to two corgis (high shedding breed) and it does not have any difficulty with their fur. I wish there was an option to turn off the end of cycle cleaning song, but at this point I just sing along because if you can’t beat em, join em.

Bought this washer since my previous one stopped working suddenly. The order was delivered in like 2-3 days, really fast. Best buy installed this washer so quickly, and also hauled away my previous washer. Everything was smooth and quick. The washer itself has been running smoothly. Cleans really well. Purchase worth it!

It cleans the laundry and does it quietly and efficiently. No more out of balance vibrations caused by large or heave items getting wrapped around the agitator. It also seems to have a modified spin cycle that balances the load before water is added. My wife and I are very pleased with this machine.

My 16 year old Washer would no longer drain and I was told any repair attempt would be cost prohibitive. I was subsequently told a new Washer was the wisest choice. I did some on line searches and decided on this Samsung model and then headed to Best Buy to view the machine. I closed the deal after my initial visit and the machine was delivered and installed within days, So far, so good....no problems with the operation or performance.

This is an absolute awesome top loader. We were worried at first, having had 3 previous LG front loaders (that were garbage). This washer makes your clothes smell amazin.

Washing machine works great and was delivered on time. Delivery guys were polite, unpacked and hooked up the washer, Even ran a test load to make sure everything was working properly. The price was also great, so no complaints here! Definitely recommend.

My old clothes washer of over 30 years finally died of old age. I needed a washer and I needed it fast. I checked Best Buy and found what I needed. I ordered it online, it came on time , they installed it and it works perfectly.

Washing machine is LOUD, and wash cycles are VERY long, taking more than an hour to complete a moderate load. It does wash well, and has a large capacity where I'm able to wash a week's worth in 1 load. I lie that I can view water level and adjust accordingly. Overall, it gets the job done. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

After going through a nightmare and having to return another brand we opted to get a Samsung instead. It was the best decision, I love this washing machine. It is quiet and does a great job. I really like that it has the time per cycle feature. Not having an agitator is also great, no more clothes getting damaged because they wrapped around the agitator.

An upgrade from my last one. It’s quiet and can hold an heavy load

This is a great top load washer. However, I have to complain about best buy installation people. I purchased it as a gift and she called me as soon as delivery and installation was made. The power was ON and there is no water flow to the machine. The installation people knew about it and left. They told her to call geek squad. We purchased a brand new washer and we have to call for service in first day. We were upset and we went to the resident and trouble shoot before calling for service. We found out that they did not remove a piece of tape which was located under the lid. That tape caused the lid not to close completely and water did not flow. The installation team should not leave without working the machine. The washer is working great since then.
