We've had this washer for a couple months, and have been very happy with it! Our old washer had an issue not draining fully, so our clothes (and our daughter's stuffed animals) had odors that we didn't think would come out...But we were very pleasantly surprised that this Samsung cleaned so thoroughly that we didn't have to replace our clothes, or the irreplaceable stuffed animals! I initially wasn't sure if not having the agitator would mean a much less thorough wash. We're very happy with it!

Large capacity. Cleans well. Easy to load and unload.

No frills and effective. More capacity and less tech for it to break

I’ve had this washer for about a month now, and it has been everything I expected. It’s a solid washer at a great price. I bought the washer on sale for $549. If you’re needing top of the line features this isn’t the washer for you, but if you want a good washer that is quiet, efficient, and gets the job done at a low price, this is a great option. My only real complaint at this point is I haven’t figured out how to turn the song off at the end. It’s long and loud, and my 3yo loves it. As soon as the wash is finished he know and we have to transfer the clothes to the dryer.

I was concerned about the impeller design compared to the agitator and how well it would clean, but have to say it cleaned clothes very well. Not as hard operate as I thought it might be, instructions made it easy. The only caveat is that the drum is so deep that my wife can't reach the bottom because she is short and I have to move the laundry to the dryer. No big deal.

Works great, cleans all our clothes flawlessly, and is ultra quiet. Only downside is it's a little too tall and deep for my 5' tall wife - she has to use a hand held grabber to reach some items at the bottom of the washer.

This washer gets the job done, clothes clean, and plenty of space for larger loads. Sadly, every time the cycle ends, they decided that you need to hear a 40-second long jingle/chime and gives you no option to turn it off or even decrease the volume. If it was practical, I would return the unit and find an option that gives me more options.

So far its has been great, much quieter replacement for our older washing machine. Cleans well and great capacity

I needed a new washer and dryer, so of course I asked my engineer brother in law for advice. This is the one he has had for five years and still loves it!

Love this washing machine! It’s quiet! The inside is big enough for our comforters no more laundromat’s to wash bedding!

Highly recommended! I love the see through lid. Its very quiet and cleans great.

My last washing machine was so basic, I’m loving this Samsung washer. The top loading feature fits perfectly for the small layout of where the established hookup for the waterline of our house is. It’s user friendly and plays a little tune (shorter than the Samsung dryer) to let you know when it’s done. It’s easy to level by rotating the bottom knobs either clockwise or counterclockwise and relatively quiet.

Excellent washer. Being a single guy I always went with the cheap lower end models in the past. This washer offers so much more. It's not even a High end Model, More mid Range. Love the capacity and ease of use. People reviewed how their clothes seem cleaner after using this washer. I thought it was just in their minds BUT, The clothes really do come out cleaner. Very impressed. Bought it at the black Friday price which was sweet. Highly recommended.
