Has been great and I’ve loved not having an agitator. Lots of settings but it’s defaults are what I use the most. Is not loud while it is on but you can hear the song at the end easily once it is finished.

Great looking washer, my first time trying a non-agitator washer; looking forward to using it with bulkier items. Too new to say much on all the features that this washer offers but at the end of the day; I should get cleaner clothes with this washer.

I only have one issue with this machine so far. There is a BUZZ that I thought was a malfunctioning part within the machine. Not so, it is just loud. it only happens at the start of the cycle. The machine work well just loud at the start of the cycle.

Perfect for our family needs and simple to operate.

All I can say is that I LOVE THIS washer machine, is amazing. It works very smoothly, holds big loads and makes no noise so if you have little ones or any one in the house sleeps during the day I totally recommend. And is so pretty too! I love the see thru top your able to see how much water is pouring and I think that's important for us house wives we want quality but something that makes you feel good when you use it and this is IT!

Overall not to bad, the whole experience I would say was acceptable. We’ll see how long it holds up but so far so good

this is a extremely great value for a washing machine it was the price and delivery that drawn me to this purchase and also the Samsung brand has been good to me I have purchased the Samsung brand before and haven't had any problems with anything that I have gotten from BestBuy that's including the computers or the televisions or the washer and other items I have purchased from BestBuy not to forget that the BestBuy credit was helpful to

Bought as a set with the matching dryer. They both play little tunes when you turn them on, so that’s cool. I like the glass top of the washer and that there’s no agitator in the middle of the barrel. Can wash a fairly decent amount of clothes at once also. Fits a queen sized comforter no problem

Would recommend! Overall great If you feel lost and don’t know which one to choose , this is it !

Does what it's supposed to do and it's big enough to handle a queen sized comforter. Would be 5 stars if I could turn off the chime that plays when the cycle ends. A 30 second song every time a load is done is about 20 seconds too long and gets old fast.

Wasn’t sure about buying this washing machine, the last one I brought was from another store! Only lasted 4 years! I went back to my favorite store and got this one, and so far do good! I love this washing machine!! Good price , nice size and very quiet!! This , was a good buy

My first washer I’ve ever purchased and it’s been perfect. Great size, does everything I need it to. It’s quiet and I really don’t even know it’s in. The delivery and installation were both free. They came fast and were in and out with no issues. A great expierence

The washer has worked great and has lots of space for all of our loads. It easily fits a bed comforter. Everything comes out as it should. You do have to run a “clean” cycle every 10-15 loads, but you just run the cycle, no need for any detergents or special cleaners.

I bought this washer when mine quit working. This washer is quiet and easy to load and unload. Gets the clothes clean and the spin cycle really dries the clothes out which results in less drying time. Overall this is a great washer for the price.

This washer is very easy to use. It’s energy saving and cleans the clothes very well. It looks small but it’s large, happy with this washer.

Wonderful machine - Super quiet with many options to pick when washing different items of clothing. Though I'm used to my older machine that would take only 30 minutes for a wash - It takes some getting used to with the new timing - but it does an excellent job with all the items I wash.

Replaced a 5 year old machine of the same model. This one is working like a charm now -- hopefully will still be going strong for the next 5 to 10 years!
