This washer has really exceeded my expectations. I really like that it displays time remaining, it’s very quiet, and i didn’t realize there was a difference in cleaning with or without the agitator. I’ve noticed clothes seem to be softer.

Works as advertised and is a perfect replacement for hwat we had previously. I was sleptical at first of a washer without an agitator. Thsi machine has made me a convert for life. Cleans efficiently and throughly. Love it.

I’m pleased with this washer. It’s straight forward and easy to understand, it works well, gets the clothes clean, and they don’t come out as tangled as my last machine, both inverter types.

This machine, by far, is the easiest, most efficient, quietest washer I've ever owned.

This washer is amazing. This is the first washer that I owned without an agitator and I love it. There is so much room and it is extremely quiet. It also plays a cute little song when the washer stops.

We've only had the washing machine about three weeks, but so far am very pleased with it. The delivery process online was excellent and the two men who installed it were on time and very competent. I have already run many loads of laundry and haven't had any problems,

I purchased this same washer 4 yrs ago. I also purchased the 5 yr warranty. As with any of my purchases, Best Buy backs its purchases & products. My washer is a very good washer & I really love it. It did experience a balance problem, Best Buy came out & appraised the situation. The washer would cost more to repair than to replace, therefore, I was given a new washer of my choice of the same value. I went with same Washer. Customer service has built businesses in this country. I have grown up on it, but now it’s a rare occurrence. Love BEST BUY. Do not change.

So far this new washer is great. The booklet it came with needs a few more details on how to set up the extra rinse but otherwise I'm pleased with it.

No fuss not fancy but exactly what I need! I simply don't need or use many complex choices,just the basics. This is it. Cleans very well and has a cool red light on the dials!

I been using this washer for several weeks now and I really love it. It doesn’t have the agitator in the middle, so I can wash more clothes. The washer has lots of settings and the clothes come out very clean.

After going through a nightmare and having to return another brand we opted to get a Samsung instead. It was the best decision, I love this washing machine. It is quiet and does a great job. I really like that it has the time per cycle feature. Not having an agitator is also great, no more clothes getting damaged because they wrapped around the agitator.
