This washer is very easy to use. It’s energy saving and cleans the clothes very well. It looks small but it’s large, happy with this washer.

My 20 years old Samsung water pump broke and I decided to replace it with this new model. I like that it fits the tight space, runs quieter and has the nice features I am used to!

This was my 2nd choice so I'm not totally in love with it lol but I appreciate the size if the drum, I finally feel confident that my comforters are clean! My king size bedding fits easy in this machine. I've also tossed in whole 20 inch throw pillows with no issues. The dispenser is a little clunky, it doesn't just glide open or close. The lid locks, the various cycles have reasonable time requirements and there's a melody when the machine is done. That said, I haven't read the entire manual, I've skipped to the important parts. I still need to learn how to disable the tones in general and how to get the app to recognize my machines ( I'm not 100% sure this set has the smart care [or whatever] capability). I needed a new washer and dryer and that's what I got. It's very large and thoroughly washes my clothes and bedding. One minor issue is the height of the washer and the depth - it's too deep for my short arm kids to reach in and grab clothes at the bottom... Not a deal breaker but I was honestly looking forward to them doing their own laundry! There were some issues with customer service and I won't be purchasing appliances from best buy anymore but that doesn't negate the quality of the machines I purchased.

Our washing machine stopped working and we needed a replacement in a hurry. My wife picked this Samsung and it was a good choice. It is quiet works well, and my wife loves it. We went to many places to get one with lead times of weeks until we went to Best Buy and they installed it two days later. Great machine and great store.

I gotta say this was one of the best washers I’ve used yet! It washes the clothes perfectly and you can’t even hear it when it runs. AMAZING!!

The Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. HE washer is fantastic. It was purchased to replace my old washer. This washer has multiple settings to control load, water temperature, and amount of water used. It does a great job of cleaning clothes and is relatively quite. I am pleased with this purchase.

A remedy for the previous aggravating washer. The clothes wash while you wait instead of being off balance with the smallest of loads.

Great looking washer, my first time trying a non-agitator washer; looking forward to using it with bulkier items. Too new to say much on all the features that this washer offers but at the end of the day; I should get cleaner clothes with this washer.

This is a good washing machine, but it makes sound sometimes when you put a big blanket in there it has a hard time spinning.

Extra large capacity is perfect for a large family. Never had to worry about overloading it. I love the number of cycles it offers and the top load vs front load means no mildew smell!

Good. Washer works ver very well. I love how it spins @ the end. Ot a drop of water n the clothes. Now clothes are easier to dry. Love it!

So far no issues. I thought it would be difficult to use but the instructions were pretty easy. Also thought I would not like that there is no agitator but so far it’s fine.

I love my new Samsung washer because it has a water level choice for every load, my old washer did not have this. I feel that my clothes are cleaner and the detergent is rinsed out. Also, it is large enough to wash king size sheets. Plus it has a 30 yr warranty on the motor, many manufactures do not have this.
