Enjoying this washing machine so far. I especially like the different washing choices. Gives your laundry a great wash

LOVE this washer. Multiple settings, large capacity, ease of use. This washer has it all. The only downside, if you are short, like my wife, you have to have a step to reach the bottom to get clothes out. The capacity is that large!!! Cuts our weekly laundry time in half!!!

Purchased to replace 10+ year old washer that came with our place. This washer is pretty quiet, easy to use. Depending on the preset wash type you choose, wash may take anywhere between 37 minutes to 1 hour 17 minutes to complete (digital clock shows estimated time and counts down after it starts). Pretty satisfied and confident that it will last for some time.

This was a great find for us when our LG Front loader went down. We purposely moved to a top loader due to issues faced with front loader and couldn’t be happier we did. We can get the same amount (or more) of clothes in 4,6 as we did in a 5.0 top loader which saved us money. This Samsung washer has been working like a champ since installation and requires no additional work in order to prevent a mold smell. It had all the features you’d need and would expect to have a lifetime great washing, highly recommended item!!!

We have only had it for a month, so review may change. Nice washer, good price. The spin cycle is not as effective as it should be at removing water, also very strange that there is no preset cycle for washing whites (as on every other washing machine on the market). Also makes us crazy that there is no way to turn off the musical chime! Reading the instructions requires you to scan barcode on your phone. When it is installed, you need to do an initial balance setting session, which our delivery team knew nothing about, and we only found it later when reading online instructions. A sheet attached with that piece of info would have been valuable. Overall it is doing the job.

About a month ago I replaced by LG washer and dryer with this Samsung unit. Generally, I was satified with the washer but a few times when washing sheets from a king size bed the load was unbalanced the cycle stopped midway. There was only the sheets from one bed and one bath towel so the machine was not too full. It was disappointing and disconcerting to have this issue.

I’ve had a couple washers over the years and usually bought the top of the line with all the bells and whistles. This is not that. What this is is an easy to use intuitive washer that never fails to impress. I’m hoping it last longer than the five years all my others have lasted.

Only have had the washer for a few weeks, but so far we have no complaints. Clothes smell clean and no loud noise or leaks

This is an absolute awesome top loader. We were worried at first, having had 3 previous LG front loaders (that were garbage). This washer makes your clothes smell amazin.

Cleans efficiently! We've seen improvement in our water bill. Controls are clear and easy to follow!

Very quiet and easy to use. I love the little song it plays when my clothes are done, it makes me happy and brings me joy!

I love my washer and the capacity size. I didn’t think I would like the new washer because it didn’t have the middle friction pole like my old whirlpool washer but I was so wrong. I like the fact that without the middle pole I have more space in my Samsung washer and it cleans so well.

We LOVE this washing machine! It is super big inside and you can wash blankets/ comforters with no problem. Very user friendly. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this one because it checked all of the boxes for what I need. The others in the same price range didn't come close. It's quiet, versatile and, if that sort of thing is a concern, looks good. Even the guys who delivered it were great. They were quick, efficient and on time. One of them even remarked that I had made a good choice. I would suggest giving this one serious consideration.
