I love the big barrel without agitator. There are multiple settings to choose for what I need. Very user friendly.

Runs quietly and efficiently. I couldn’t figure out where to add a detergent booster like OxiClean, so I just add it to the wash basin before I add my clothes/towels, etc, and all was well with that. Happy with my purchase!

Love my new washing machine. Installed very professionally, it's quiet, and has a ice cream truck sound when the load is finished. Easy to use, great price overall. Only downfall was it took over 2 months for arrival. Bought it in December and it arrived in February.

Love this washer. We never had a washer without an agitator before and we were skeptical. It does an excellent job cleaning clothes and has a large capacity.

We love the capacity! It works well and is quiet.The only complaint is it does struggle with bedding if you mix sheets with heavy blanket. Otherwise awesome especially for the price!!

This washer is great but there's one feature that drives me crazy. Once you start the washer you cant throw another item in without canceling the wash and starting over. I would still buy it knowing this but it is irritating. But the washer works great and its big

The appliance was delivered promptly as promised. The delivery and installation crew was incredible and even took care of an additional service that was accidentally not order, which was the disconnecting of the old washer.

My wife loves her Samsung washing machine. It has the capacity for large loads. Love the Vibration reduction technology.

My old washing machine broke and needed one asap. Ordered it on August 25th and received it on the 27th. Really like the fact that it doesn't have and agitator running up the middle of the drum. Many functions that I have not even tested out yet. Washes great, nice and quiet.

It's like a dream. It works so well after we got rid of the old one. It's quite, easy to use, and does not make any noise and the price was right.
