So far so good, we love this washing machine. Very user friendly and the clothes very clean.

Have ran several loads of laundry since purchase and do not have anything bad to say about this purchase other than the packing and all the styrofoam were a pain to break down. Might be worth to pay for install so they can take all the garbage with them when finished.

Works great! Quiet and efficient! Truly a great machine for the price!

quiet...enough said. My Last washer was so loud you could hear it outside and this once has vibration reduction which is good for mobile homes. The floors are very bouncy, and I really love how this one adjusts the loads and manages to keep the load balanced on its own. HUGE loads do not clean well. I had to test it out and just keep them large but do not fill it to the top with clothes bc it cannot cycle them properly.

My old washer was less than 3 years old. The mother board went out and repairs were more than i wanted to spend. I got this Samsung washer and LOVE it. It has everything i need and none of the bells and whistles that i didn't want. This Samsung washer is a value purchase and i would highly recommend it.

Seems weird without an agitator but it cleans clothes quite well, cycles take longer but it seems to do oily stains better than our previous more old fashioned washer.

I love this washer! Its very quiet & washes loads well. I thought the see thru top was cool but the added bonus is it plays a music jingle when cycle is complete lol

Replaced my older LG which was a 4.1 cu ft tub. It's surprising how much larger the 4.5 actually is. Anyway this is a simple machine that really gets the job done without much fuss. It washes and wrings the clothes such that it doesn't take much for the dryer to do its job.

The delivery process was excellent. They went above and installed them in the location I needed them in. 6 months in and the product still functions as it should.

I'm mostly happy with the new washer. I like the various cycle options and the relative quiet when it it operating. The large tub size is an asset as well. The only downside is that I like to wash with cold water to minimize use of heating oil that is used for the water heater. This washer still uses hot water to rinse even when I choose a cold water wash. As that is the only downside, I just need to get used to it. Other than that, I'm very happy with the washer.
