Samsung is excellent for washers, so advanced with options for every load, had it a year now. Price was unbelievable low.... Looking to get a matching dryer. Samsung and Best Buy are EXCELLENT. The installation "kids" are terrible!!! On time, but not enough time allowed for them to put on the second stainless steel hose I was required to buy....so they had to go to the next work order. I had quadruple heart bypass surgery 2 weeks earlier, but I managed to screw on the hose to make my washer work, they were in too big of a hurry. Samsung and Best Buy are great....I hope these two delivery/installer idiots do not deliver my refrigerator and dryer.

Love it, the buttons are very easy to use very easy to read and the machine is quiet as it's washing it's a good brand also.

Washing cloths everyday is a dream it’s quite and takes up little space. if you are in the market look no further this is it.

So far the washing machine is fine. The bedding cycle doesn't work well. It just stopped washing in the middle of the cycle. It takes a long time to wash in each cycle. It's not loud, so that's a plus.

This washer is great! It has several washing options, normal, quick, deep, delicates, or just rinse and spin (and others I’m forgetting). You also can choose from four different water temperatures and four different levels of water. The levels of water is an adjustment for me since their is no agitator it never seems high enough. As it washes though all items do in deed get into the water and washed. There are three soil levels, light, normal, and heavy. Being able to change the soil level while being able to choose the washing cycle is very nice. You can add items (or detergent/fabric softener/bleach) after it has started by pausing it. You’ll hear a little click that unlocks the lid than you (are able to add what you may have forgotten, obviously adding something during the first cycle is preferred imo). You also have the option to add an extra rinse cycle. The spinning this washer does is INCREDIBLE! It cuts down on drying time significantly which is what takes the most energy. It takes a bit longer to complete than my old washer but items are cleaner and need less time to dry so it completely outweighs any negative with timing. I make sure to toss things in dryer and get the back washer going, then I remove anything I don’t dry, clean lint trap, add dryer sheet, then shut the door and turn it on. It helps the washer and dryer to be done closer together. I love the little tune the washer plays as the old loud buzzzz or no sound I find equally annoying with other washers.

I’ve been using my new washer for about two months now and I love it. It’s able to handle large loads easily. The settings are perfect for the type of laundry I do. I am so glad I switched to a top loader. I highly Recommend it!!!

Love the washer. The clothes come out of the washer wet, not soaking wet like my old washer. This cuts down on the dryer time. Very quiet machine and handles all wash efficiently

Lover this washer. Huge tub with no spinner in the center to tear up your clothes! An abundance of settings to help keep everything looking good for a longer period of time.

I am happy with this washer. It is fairly quiet. and I like the digital clock that gives estimate of time.
