The lid takes a little getting used to, but not having an agitator destroying your clothes is a nice thing.

I like the simplicity of the buttons, it’s not too overwhelming. I really like the see through feature on the top, the lid. It’s very fascinating for my toddler to watch lol she loves doing laundry with me and being able to see the clothes spin and water come out. Also it’s a great convenience that I can pause the cycle and though in any last minute socks or shirts, etc.
