We were happy with Best Buy’s service and really like how easy to operate the washer and dryer are and they are very quiet

So far machine is working extremely well. No problem with anything.

Perfect for me. Nice size, been using it for over a month. No problems or issues, clothes come out clean and very well spun. I feel like since I got this machine my clothes dry quicker. I was weird about it not having a middle thing, but I quickly got past that.

Washer turned out to be a good product as it works well and has the features and size to handle the various types of wash settings that most people need. The washer was ordered on-line and we attempted to modify the order to a more expensive model in the product line within 30 minutes of the purchase. Neither the on-line app or Best Buy support representative via phone was able to modify the order after it was in the system which was disappointing. The product ordered works well and I'm glad we didn't spend the extra money for a couple more bells and whistles that would probably not be used

Great washer for a great price. Fits really large load of clothes and no agitator so no annoying clothes getting wrapped around it.

Great product works really well for a family of 5. When making the choice be sure to select the one that has the agitator ! We had no idea what that was, it’s what helps shuffle the clothes during the wash. That being side , even with that agitator we are satiated so far with the performance.

It's silent and it makes washing clothes so much simpler and faster to do.

Very happy with this purchase! Deep tub for large loads and also high efficiency loads. Clothes do not come out knotted up. Cleans well with lots of setting choices.

I had the older model of this warsher(like my dad says) This model is lighter(I carried it down to my basement all by my self) and it’s faster and more efficient. I really like it. Plus if you live in a state where certain things are legal you can watch the clothes wash through the clear too, which I’ve spent many of hour. So my wife is thrilled that I like doing laundry now!

Nice quiet cycles. Cleans well. No issues. The chimes which let me know cycle is complete are helpful especially when I’m busy.

Very cool no agitator makes for a very easy to load and unload. Quiet operating machine.

not thrilled with new washer, not easy to unlock the child proof lock, and the cycles are not really easy to figure out, it spins and spins like a rocket ship.first machine without an agitator, takes some getting used to., i like being able to add items after cycle starts, in case i forgot to add something, find you have to stop power, or pause, than it wants to start all over again,ugh..back to manual., but its quiet, one thing good about it, and i like the glass see through lid.

This is the first time I have used/owned a washer that does not have an agitator. It is quiet large, and that makes me very happy. I am still trying to familiarize myself with the nuances. It would have been nice to receive a printed owners/instruction manual with it, rather than scanning a QR code to find it.

Nice and quiet and loves that it sings to me!. Even though there is not an agitator my clothes get perfectly clean!

The washer is actually bigger than expected. My usual wash load only fills the washer half way. The clothes do not get tied up as they did with my former washer with an agitator. Water is not as hot but you can adjust the settings. The only thing I don't love is you can't fill the washer with water with the lid open. What I do love is knowing when the load will be done. I haven't decided if this cleans the clothing as well as the agitator washer. Still working on getting the detergent to load size figured out.

With my old washer being 30 years old. I wanted an up grade but didnt want what they call a "smart washer ", so i got this one. With 4.5 cubic ft. It cuts back on how many loads which makes it great and cleans clothes or bedding pretty good but the only down side is most loads take over an hour for wash on most settings but on another good note, it plays a little tune when done that i cant hear upstairs.
