It’s very quiet, I’m used to a washing machine with an agitator this one does not have one. My only reason not giving it 5 stars is because the wash cycle is longer than I’m used too

The Samsung top load washer is a replacement for a front load washer. The Samsung's liquid detergent dispenser looks OK but is awkward to use. (I like to let the upturned cap rest in the dispenser while arranging the clothes in the washer.) Also this is the first washer that deposits lint on the clothes rather than letting me capture the lint on a screen over the drain/ (In the olden days I used a nylon stocking to catch the lint.) The clothes are clean and that is an improvement over the front loader that it replaces.

My 16 year old Washer would no longer drain and I was told any repair attempt would be cost prohibitive. I was subsequently told a new Washer was the wisest choice. I did some on line searches and decided on this Samsung model and then headed to Best Buy to view the machine. I closed the deal after my initial visit and the machine was delivered and installed within days, So far, so good....no problems with the operation or performance.

Washes great! Nice capacity for washing blankets and such too. Multiple settings for whatever you need.

We bought this for our house - we bought this to be our washing machine for a year or two and then this will stay with the house when we rent it. Limited electronics which will be nice for a rental (less to go wrong) and strong Samsung name. So far it's been great and the capacity is huge! Good looking, yet simple design!!! Great price and in-stock. Best Buy is great for appliances and the gal that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out this model for what we wanted (listed above). Delivery was quick and easy too!
