We bought the washer and the matching dryer. Both seem to be good quality. The employees bring them out of the store were a little rough, but there seems to have been no damage. If they can handle all she puts through them and last, well then, that will say something as to the overall quality of the products. Ask me again in a year or so and we'll see how they stand up after having been put through the ringer.

I love the washer, been washing great, only thing I am curious about still trying to figure is the compatiable part with the label on the front right corner. I will recommend it!

My old washing machine quit in the middle of a cycle and I had a ton of laundry waiting. Best Buy had this Samsung on sale and in stock. My son has a Samsung and loves it. So I bought it and it was delivered 2 days later. It works great. So much more capacity with an impeller. The only problem is I am short and all these new models require me to stand on my tiptoes to get the straggler socks out!

Super capacity - great for a family of four who does laundry every single day. Able to wash the big comforters properly.

I needed a new washer and liked the idea of less vibration. The Samsung machine is roomy for large loads. The digital display tells me how much time is left on load. So far I really love the washer. If I had to change anything, it would be the glass lid.

I got this washer on the Labor Day sale. It works like a charm. The auto sensing water level is great, because it only uses as much water as it needs. It is loud enough that we can hear it upstairs when its done. AND it let's you kmow when a self clean cycle should be done to prevent any foul odors!

This is my first washer and dry set and I must say that I am very pleased with this purchase. I had been in between buying a top loader or a front loader and it was one of the toughest decisions I must say. Front loaders of course look good to the eye but I feel that that top loader was the best option as far as watching the clothes and low maintenance of equipment. For me, I know that I would not be good about remembering to check for water build up in a front loader so for me the top loader just worked better. I am very pleased with my purchase and ff I had to purchase again I would indeed choose this Samsung Top Load Washer.

Excellent performance for family usage also noise free

We bought this washer 5 months ago when our old washer stopped working. Overall, it has been great and it was one of the cheaper ones we looked at. It can hold a large load but if you're short it is a little deep to grab the laundry. Fine for us but I do feel like I reach a little to get it all (I'm 5'8). Also, I love the little tune it plays when its done. Will be buying the dryer whenever that breaks.
