We got this washer about a month ago. It replaced our Maytag Legacy that we'd had for 16 years but developed a leak in the pump. It's taken a little while to get used to because it's so different than our previous washer but so far we haven't had any issues or problems. It holds a LOT of clothes so I'm doing fewer loads.

Quiet and efficient. Easy to operate and nice and roomy.

The wife loves it so far. Maytag washer was 9 years old and finally died on us. The new Samsung is straightforward and works great!

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever had. I love that there’s no agitator in there to ruin my clothes. The capacity is amazing and it has a feature that doesn’t waste water and various settings also help.

Tons of features, good price, works extremely well! Spins down clothes to almost dry. The music it plays at the end of the cycle is fun. I’ve owned other washing machines that were fancier and more expensive that didn’t work this well. This is the best washing machine I have ever owned.

I love this wash machine. I love not having an agitator. It doesn't beat up my clothes. I love the size of the tub. I can wash a king size comfortable very easily. It is very quiet.

Love the capacity and features this washing machine has! A big plus is that it does not have the agitator in the center so I can put in large bedding in the wash easily. Great value for the price!

Easy to use, quiet and i really enjoy the bright display

I wanted to try a washer without the agitator and I’m happy with the way this one works, which is great so far. I also like the depth of the bin on this one; it’s not quite as deep as some of the others I looked at, so it’s easier for me to reach items in the bottom.

Samsung made another great product! It is not the first time we buy a Samsung Washer, and for sure it will not be the last time.
