A disappointment in the service in delivering the dryer after 3 times of finding out that the guys weren’t qualified to hookup the dryer (gas)! Finally had to find someone who could ourselves!

It has a quick wash and all of the usual wash cycles. The large basket allows you to wash large loads at one time. I also like the see through top. It gives the washer an updated look. The vibration reduction feature is wonderful.

I replaced a broken front loader with this top loader bc of so many problems with the front loader. I feel it was a great purchase. I comparison shopped. I bought it on sale as well as delivery, setup and haul away the old washer. I also purchased a 5 year warranty from Best Buy.

It only trickles water into the machine, which makes wash cycles take much longer and affects performance. We checked our water supply and connections, and the issue appears to be with the washer itself. Very disappointed considering this was a brand-new purchase. Hoping the company will address the issue quickly.

Very large capacity. Holds my queen comforter or large loads and cleans them well. Only thing is when you hit the start button, it has a delayed start. Does anyone else washer does this. Not a big issue, just wondering it normal.

It spins out so much water from the clothes which cuts down on drying time. It is so quiet and at the it chimes at the end. My clothes are so much cleaner now.

I’m so glad I went with this one. Overall it seems to be just fine. Iv had no issues so far, it’s not to noisy or all over the place. It cleans the clothes a lot better then my last Samsung. Installing and setting up wasn’t to bad either.
