It was barely 8 years old, and seems like such an old clunker in comparison. The final spin on our new washer removes more water, and with much less twisting up of our clothes, also. Very pleased

But I really like it. It's very quite, controls are easy to use. I also like how you can pause the cycle and the lid unlocks & you can start it right back where it was paused at. You don't have to restart the entire cycle.

I love the smoky glass top you can see your clothes thru.I have one problem I am just now noticing all water cycles are coming out hot. I wish I would’ve notice earlier. Other than that it’s a keeper.

Generally, I was satified with the washer but a few times when washing sheets from a king size bed the load was unbalanced the cycle stopped midway. There was only the sheets from one bed and one bath towel so the machine was not too full. It was disappointing and disconcerting to have this issue.

Samsung does the job

It's small enough that I don't have to jump in it to get my clothes out but large enough to wash big blankets. It is kind of noisy and the regular cycle is rather long but I use the quick wash and it's fine. The jingle is plays at the end it quite drawn out. You think it's done but then it starts again. Other than that it's a good washing machine

This is the first washer I have purchased that did not have an agitator. I was worried that it may not clean my clothes as well but it does. I especially like all of the extra room in the drum when I wash heavy blankets and comforters.

Everything is working fine, easy to use. Only down side is the lights for the various settings are all red. Why a company would choose an alarming color like that is beyond me.

The machine came at a good buy. I highly recommend it!

Night and day difference of our previous Whirpool. Very quiet. A variety of settings that actually do as their intended. Spin cycle works well, and no soggy clothes going in the dryer.
