This washer does a great job getting my clothes clean. This is the first washer I have purchased that did not have an agitator. I was worried that it may not clean my clothes as well but it does. I especially like all of the extra room in the drum when I wash heavy blankets and comforters.

After my washer was going out i decided to get a new one and went with the Samsung and it is honestly super quiet definitely a good buy.

The washer does it's job. It's small enough that I don't have to jump in it to get my clothes out but large enough to wash big blankets. It is kind of noisy and the regular cycle is rather long but I use the quick wash and it's fine. The jingle is plays at the end it quite drawn out. You think it's done but then it starts again. Other than that it's a good washing machine

We’ve had our new washer up and running for a few weeks now, and love it. Night and day difference of our previous Whirpool. Very quiet. A variety of settings that actually do as their intended. Spin cycle works well, and no soggy clothes going in the dryer.

After having a front load for 15 years and it breaking down I decided to go back to a top load and absolutely love it! The tub is huge and love how clean our clothes look and feel.

Old clothes have a new life after the wash. Towels, look and feel great, when you remove them .

Simple and easy to use compared to other washers that have way too many buttons. Love this washer. Definitely recommend and the price isn’t bad either

I waited a few months before writing this to make sure it was worth it. So far so good. Get it level before you run any loads and you’ll be fine. People complain about the song it plays at the end, but I find it amusing watching my cats stare at it when playing.

Love this machine. It is so quiet and does a fabulous job with my laundry! Had one similar to this before and gave to our daughter and bought this one and am very pleased.

I bought this washing machine last year and so far it has performed well. I have gotten the error "4C" a couple of times for no apparent reason. After checking the manual I did what was recommended but it still appears every once in a while only when using the waterproof setting. Apart from this no other complaints.

It is easy to use and cleans well! I love how big the tub is so you can get a Queen size comforter in here no problem!

It has a very large tub, runs quietly, has chime to let you know load is done. You have to reset the water volume every time you use it, if you forget you will waste about 20 gal of hot water. The delivery window was supposed to be between 7 am and 1 pm. The unit didn't arrive till 8:30 pm. I contacted the company about this and they dont seem to care at all. Will not shop best buy again.

We were looking for something less complicated to use than the one that quit on us. The wife likes it. That's all that counts!
