I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what can only be described as the worst washing machine ever. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received broke down right after the first wash, leaving my laundry room flooded. After the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a replacement, the delivery person, perhaps in an act of sympathy or warning, informed me that this model was notoriously problematic. He specifically pointed out issues with the gasket, which, as he warned, breaks easily. True to his words, the second machine also failed after just one cycle, proving his insight was spot-on. My laundry room was flooded for the second time. The design and build quality of this washer seem fundamentally flawed. The gasket, a critical component for sealing the door and preventing water leaks, appears to be made from substandard materials or designed with significant oversights. This leads to not just one, but repeated failures in machines supposed to be reliable household appliances. Conclusion: Avoid this washer at all costs. Poor build quality and reliability issues make it an unwise investment. If you're looking for a new washing machine, look elsewhere to save yourself from this cycle of frustration.

I was a little skeptical at first as I have only owned Kenmore & Whirlpool before. But I really like it. It's very quite, controls are easy to use. I also like how you can pause the cycle and the lid unlocks & you can start it right back where it was paused at. You don't have to restart the entire cycle.

I like this washer it really does wash my clothes great. However it leaks from the front when it is washing I don’t understand why that is

Washer is very quiet and effective. I like to design on the glass top. You can also fit more laundry as it has no middle spinner. Great purchase.

The washer does it's job. It's small enough that I don't have to jump in it to get my clothes out but large enough to wash big blankets. It is kind of noisy and the regular cycle is rather long but I use the quick wash and it's fine. The jingle is plays at the end it quite drawn out. You think it's done but then it starts again. Other than that it's a good washing machine

The empty tub approach makes it easier to clean bulky items, and its easy to use. Clean lines make it an easy fut in any laundry room.

Get the job done. Washer is nice a quiet. I am able to get washing done in less then half the time of my previous washer. Highly recommend

I waited a few months before writing this to make sure it was worth it. So far so good. Get it level before you run any loads and you’ll be fine. People complain about the song it plays at the end, but I find it amusing watching my cats stare at it when playing.

Bought this washer with the companion dryer. My wife loved the pair, with their simple instructions. The installers were super courteous and did a wonderful job on the installation, giving us a chance to sweep and clean under the new equipment.

I bought this washing machine last year and so far it has performed well. I have gotten the error "4C" a couple of times for no apparent reason. After checking the manual I did what was recommended but it still appears every once in a while only when using the waterproof setting. Apart from this no other complaints.
