Loving my washer it is the best thing especially when it’s new.

I have had this washer for a year and a half and I love it. I bought it to replace my old samsung which was recalled. They looked similar but this one has a deep wash feature that actually fills the washing machine with water. My clothes get cleaner, they rinse out better and my washer stays clean. I'm really happy with this machine. It's a good size, I can wash a big comforter, no problem.

It has a very large tub, runs quietly, has chime to let you know load is done. You have to reset the water volume every time you use it, if you forget you will waste about 20 gal of hot water. The delivery window was supposed to be between 7 am and 1 pm. The unit didn't arrive till 8:30 pm. I contacted the company about this and they dont seem to care at all. Will not shop best buy again.

Love this washer! It has settings for all laundry types. Clothes come out clean, fresh and fabric looks like new. It is very quiet when operating.

Very happy with the purchase overall. Looked about multiple top loaders and this was a great budget friendly option with a large enough capacity to support our family. Will be getting the dryer soon.

We have had this washing machine only a couple of months, but so far we love it! It has a huge tub and holds my king size sheets and pillow cases easily. I wanted a washer without all the bells and whistles (I don't need an app for that), it's just what I wanted. Easy to use and works great!

Great washer. Very easy to use. Only problem for me is that I'm 5ft4in and the drum is so big and deep, that I have to stand on my tiptoes to reach items in the bottom!

Easy to use, many different cycle choices but not overwhelming and there is no guesswork for how long a cycle takes.

Love it, way quieter than the GE it replaced which was advertised as quiet but only compared to a 747 taking off. Still learning all the features. Problem with Geek Squad installation, not installed well at all.

so quiet, works great, i LOVE the self clean. the end of cycle song is like comically long and i can’t figure out how to turn it off but that’s on me

I have zero complaints on this washer. Very easy to use and clothes come out just as clean if not better than our top floor washer with an agitator. Would definitely recommend this washer.
