We love our damsung washer, i really like the additional settings it includes in the manual. I never would have known about the extra settings if i didnt read about it. Fits all of our bedding which was needed!

Cleans great and is generally quiet. My only complaint is that I’m somewhat short and I have to go on tiptoe to reach the clothes in the bottom of the drum.

I love this washer! Its very quiet & washes loads well. I thought the see thru top was cool but the added bonus is it plays a music jingle when cycle is complete lol

I don't know why I didn't buy a large capacity sooner. But this is not just size, it cleans better than any washer I have ever owned.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what can only be described as the worst washing machine ever. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received broke down right after the first wash, leaving my laundry room flooded. After the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a replacement, the delivery person, perhaps in an act of sympathy or warning, informed me that this model was notoriously problematic. He specifically pointed out issues with the gasket, which, as he warned, breaks easily. True to his words, the second machine also failed after just one cycle, proving his insight was spot-on. My laundry room was flooded for the second time. The design and build quality of this washer seem fundamentally flawed. The gasket, a critical component for sealing the door and preventing water leaks, appears to be made from substandard materials or designed with significant oversights. This leads to not just one, but repeated failures in machines supposed to be reliable household appliances. Conclusion: Avoid this washer at all costs. Poor build quality and reliability issues make it an unwise investment. If you're looking for a new washing machine, look elsewhere to save yourself from this cycle of frustration.

The Samsung washer works great and we are really pleased with this purchase!
