I would like to recommend this machines to anyone. It looks really nice and the machine works great. I can not hear any noise when it is washing.

Installed it at our cabin where the old machine bit the dust after 19 years. I have used it twice. It is working fine so far. I like the layout of the controls. Simpler than must. So much lighter than the old one!!! A lot of plastic.

Excellent washing machine! I have had whirlpool washers and finally got tired of long cycles and inadequate cleaning and went with Samsung and have been so happy! It’s larger capacity, quicker cycle and better cleaning add up to an all around better machine! I have a Samsung tv, refrigerator and microwave no a washer they all have in common value and dependability.

This product is flooded with 5 and 4 star reviews from buyers who, in my opinion, rate these products too soon (i.e. after only a couple months). This doesn't allow a proper review on their reliability. Just about the only good thing I can say about this washer is it worked as intended for the first 1.5 years. I had heard and been warned about Samsung appliances before, but went ahead and took the risk. I was, unfortunately, wrong to. Only 6 months outside of the warranty period the washer started making an incredibly loud grinding noise, and since it was outside of warranty, Samsung wanted to charge me $300 just to send someone out to service it. I ended up declining since I would have easily sunk what I paid for it, just to get it working again. If anyone is lucky enough to read this before you purchase, do yourself a favor, save yourself both money and headaches down the road and just go with a manufacturer that has a track record of reliability (i.e. Whirlpool, Roper, Kenmore, etc.).

Love this Washer. We had rented for a long time and had this dryer in out last home. Needed it when we decided to buy. Washes so well and spins the clothes almost dry!

The washing machine is great. I recommend to buy it specially for the good price, excellent service from Best Buy ( delivery was done on time, accurate information at the order tracking and after delivery follow up).

It's a functional wash machine. I have no complaints about its ability to clean clothes. However, when the cycle is complete, it plays a full song. That might initially sound like a cute feature. It is not. There's no way to change it to a simple beep or short melody, or even mute it entirely. When the laundry is done, you're going to hear a song that plays for an extended period of time, and every time you think it's over, it's not over. There's more. There's always more. But my clothes are clean enough.

Great washer replaced a 25 year Whirlpool direct drive with this one and it is working great a lot more noise and can even have the door open to the wash room barely hear it working
