Everything is perfect mounting the hole to adjusting the washer

Got this as a gift for my parents and it works great. It’s easy to use and also it gives them the set time for each wash. Definitely helped that they were able to deliver, set it up and get rid of the old washer they had.

House full of boys with stinky laundry?? No problem. This washing machine did the job. We did have issues due to our kiddos not loading it correctly but we purchased the warranty with it. The repair process was easy and someone came out and fixed it. I definitely suggest getting the warranty.

I have had this Samsung washer for 2 weeks now replacing my 15 year old Samsung bottom side door washer and this one has been great so far.

I love how quiet the machine is. It is in a closet next to the kitchen, and the only thing that catches my attention is the melody the machines plays at the end of the cycle. Love it. My previous one was so noisy.

The machine is the best your clothes come out okay no complications at this time but its a longer wait for the clothes to finish I'm not use to it taking so long on one load
