The jingle at the end of a cycle is a little excessive but other than that I really love this washer. Also, the delivery and installation was super convenient.

If you’re looking for a simple and modern washer I could not recommend this one enough. I have had it for about a month and discovered zero issues.

The only downside is that I'm 5 feet tall and need to use a stool to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tub after each wash. No big :)

Models with center agitators work more thoroughly to remove dirt. Exchanged or a front loading washer that uses gravity to aid in agitation.

The worst

I have to settle for a setting closest to what I want because it doesn't let me change much on any of the settings and none of them come close to what I'm trying to choose! Every wash load is a challenge! Had I realized it was returnable it would have been returned and I would have bought a front load or a used washer without all the junk! Also it has no agitation and my clothes do not come out clean I have to wash twice! It's like a front load turned onto it's back, well it doesn't work well that way! So disappointed and I do not recommend this washer!

Works well but very long wash cycle

This would not work for our household so we exchanged it for the LG WT7100CW. The LG does a fine job and the normal wash cycle is much shorter at 40-60 minutes.
