Clothes come out clean and even softer after washing. Really like the buttons for selection of various levels, water temperature and cycles. So far, were really happy with our Samsung washer

This purchase was for my mom and she HATES it. Where is the agitator? Take to long to wash? How do you use the autodispenser? Glad I did not buy her a computer. Old people, what are you going to do?

For the price this is a good washing machine. I have had two front loaders and they were terrible. The first one had such a bad smell that I got a new one and that front loader started leaking within a year. My daughter had this machine and liked it so I went with the Samsung 4.5 high efficiency tool loader. So far it washes well and is quiet. The only draw back that I have with it is that it is difficult for me to reach in the washing machine to retrieve the clothes to put in the dryer. I am 5'6". Wonder how shorter people handle this problem.

I love this washer!! It fit in my laundry room next to my dryer with no problem. It holds plenty of clothes and my king size comforters. Very happy with the price paid. I'm in love with him....

there is no agitator in this washer. Models with center agitators work more thoroughly to remove dirt. Exchanged or a front loading washer that uses gravity to aid in agitation.

I love my washer I love the various options I have and the locations for putting the bleach, fabric softner and detergent. Excellent choice.

I did a lot of research before buying this one and after 2 months of use we are very pleased with it. It does spin both ways but the amount of loads, and speed of cycles are waay better. Our previous machine was great but started leaking and getting the new one just made sense To all those that are says that its loud and its shaking: Every washer is somewhat loud and its normal to shake a little, thats the nature of the product but nothing to the extreme. My washer and dryer are side by side with a very little space between and on the outsides and its all good. This machine is great and we are highly recommending it

Have had this dryer for a few weeks now and so far I am extremely happy with it. It's very deep, and it wrings out excess water from the clothing really well. My previous washer left a horrible moldy smell on some clothes I have and I decided I would try putting them in this washer with the hopes of removing that smell and lo and behold this washer took the smell right out!! For that reason alone this washer is worth every penny!! I have no complaints about it at all. It also has a cute little tune at the end of each cycle that lasts kind of a long time compared to my dryer but it's a pleasant tune, not annoying. Would definitely recommend.

Wash cycles way too long, gets out of balance a lot.

The quietest washer ever. Spins out so much water it takes no time to dry clothes.

Love this washer. Easy to program and use. The only downside is that I'm 5 feet tall and need to use a stool to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tub after each wash. No big :)

Easy to use and high quality washer. If you’re looking for a simple and modern washer I could not recommend this one enough. I have had it for about a month and discovered zero issues.
