After my suffering woth the old washer, this Samsung washing machine was the solution I needed, a very great quality at a very good price,

Love it! It has so much room. The jingle at the end of a cycle is a little excessive but other than that I really love this washer. Also, the delivery and installation was super convenient.

This washer is really nice. It starts out a little louder than expected but then gets quiet. But it is my first brand new washer and I really love the ease of using it.

I love how quiet this machine is. Ive only had it about a month but so far its doing a great job.

Great washer. Very quiet. The only problem we had is my wife is 5’-2” tall and we had to buy her a stool so she could reach the bottom of the tub.

Washing machine is very nice and sturdy. My Whirlpool died after only 8 years. Bought this Samsung and I am really pleased so far.

The worst washer ever! The presets are useless! I have to settle for a setting closest to what I want because it doesn't let me change much on any of the settings and none of them come close to what I'm trying to choose! Every wash load is a challenge! Had I realized it was returnable it would have been returned and I would have bought a front load or a used washer without all the junk! Also it has no agitation and my clothes do not come out clean I have to wash twice! It's like a front load turned onto it's back, well it doesn't work well that way! So disappointed and I do not recommend this washer!

Again quiet and dependable I love the product first time purchasing a washer or driver I’m very content.

This washer did a good job but the normal wash cycle was very long at close to 3 hours. This would not work for our household so we exchanged it for the LG WT7100CW. The LG does a fine job and the normal wash cycle is much shorter at 40-60 minutes.

Works great had it for a couple weeks now and had no problems so far drum is huge could fit a ton of cloths in at a time..def would recommend

So far so good. Works as expected. Very clean and at a great price. Hopefully lasts longer than the last Samsung washer I had, but even that at 10 years wasn’t bad.

Worked properly less than 3 years. Changed all 4 supports ($35 each) for this machine after paying the diagnostic fee ($65). It didn’t fix the issue. So I refused to pay the labor fee (another $250).

I love this washer it has really cut down on the loads of laundry I use to have with my old one. It was a big difference when you have three children being a single mom.

Very spacious and washes clothes well! I’ve had it over 2 years and so far it’s been good for us!

It works well so far, washes our clothes and bedding, etc perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with it. Hope it continues to work this way for years to come.

So glad to go back to a top load washer. With it's large capacity we are able to fit our comforters in with no issues. It runs very quiet as well.
