Samsung makes a solid washer. The new one is replacing another Samsung that was over 10 years old.

Very nice washer that works well and great delivery and hook up service in a rural area-- very impressed as we are 45 minutes from the store!

The wash cycles are kind of long - the normal cycle is about an hour and a half - but it works great otherwise and has a large capacity.

We have had Maytags, Kenmore, and others. To this date, this is my favorite washer ever. You can see if the clothes get enough water. The little song is a little guilty pleasure.

I bought the washer and dryer set..it has a very big basin to hold and wash king size comforters with ease. No agitator inside....but cleans laundry remarkably! It's just what i wanted!!

Overall, good washer. The delicate cycle leaves the clothes alittle damp than the normal cycle which makes for longer hanging dry time. I like the options available for the different cycles and the quietness it delivers during the cycle.

This was a gift to my sister and she love it. She loves how it functions and it very deep for big loads and small ones as well.

Had it about a month, so take away what you will from this review. Everything works. Wash load times are long like others stated, but I'm washing clothes at home so what's the rush? I occupy myself with other things to do. I use powder detergent. It gets clothes clean just the same as liquid because I tried both. I like the space with no agitator. I finally can do my comforters without going to the laundromat where I wouldn't be at home and then wash load times would annoy me. I only had a month so longevity I can not speak on yet.

We love this washer. First time I have ever had a washer without a agitator so I was a little skeptical but this washer washes clothes better than my previous machine. Would highly recommend

Simple to operate. Does a great job. Like the see through lid. Much quieter than our old machine. Also like the musical notice that plays when cycle is finished. Much nicer than the old buzzer.

I am so very happy with my new Samsung top load washer. It does exactly what I need it to do, quite quickly also. I would purchase another one but hopefully not in the to near future.

We’ve had this washer for almost a month now and it hasn’t disappointed! The fact that it doesn’t have an agitator keeps our clothes in good condition. I would definitely recommend this washer!

The machine works great and can’t barely hear it. I have all Samsung products and never had an issue with them. If you need a great, reliable washer—go buy this one. You won’t regret it.
