New washer works great! Even makes a music tone when its done washing clothes.

washes well and very good keeping noise low enough to wash at night. drum is big enough for almost about anything needed to wash in a washer at home.

So far so good! Just so happy to have my own washer and dryer at home.

We previously had a Samsung front loader and this has a much larger capacity and takes less maintenance. We've had it for 6 weeks with no issues.

We bought this unit after an emergency at our House! Our old washer gave up with the holidays quickly approaching! WE have never owned a Samsung Appliance but it was the best price on Best Buys web site and we bought it for next day delivery. The process was easy and install and haul away went without a hitch. The cycles on this machine are a little different than our old unit but we have gotten use to already. My wife is happy with the cleaning quality of the unit...and a they say "HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE" We would not hesitate to buy another Samsung if needed!

This washer is great, I love the high level water feature and how the glass top. The best part when done it sings you a song! Great efficiency as well.
