They came when they said they would! They were friendly and explained how to use the washer! The whole process only took about 15 min. No fuss no muss! I will buy from Best Buy again!!!!!

Just purchased this set in December, we like it so far and use it almost daily. We’ve done big loads of towels/bedding as well as daily clothing We love all the settings on them.

Our old washer gave up with the holidays quickly approaching! WE have never owned a Samsung Appliance but it was the best price on Best Buys web site and we bought it for next day delivery. The process was easy and install and haul away went without a hitch. The cycles on this machine are a little different than our old unit but we have gotten use to already. My wife is happy with the cleaning quality of the unit...and a they say "HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE" We would not hesitate to buy another Samsung if needed!
