Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit does not have the agitator in it, it’s the first one I’ve bought without it. Since it’s just me and my husband, I thought why not try this since our clothes aren’t as dirty as a family with kids. But it leaves the white loads with a dingy look, like they’re still dirty. Last time I’ll purchase one without the agitator.

Moved into a new place and i wanted to replace the washer. Found the samsung 4.5 and i can definitely see a difference in my clothes being washed. My only gripe is that its a bit loud BUT in fairness that could be the placement of the washers location. overall, great washer.
