At the end of September 2024, the washer stopped mid cycle and smelled like burning plastic. It woukd no longer function. I called Samsung and put in a repair request and someone would contact me with 24 to 48 hours. I didnt hear from anyone. I called again and they said they coukdnt get in touch with me so they put in a new request. I still didnt hear from Sansung so I called again on Thursday, October 3. I was told my case was being escalated and i would hear from my case manager, Sonya, in 24 to 48 hours. As of today, October 8, i have still not heard from anyone. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I couldn't, only Sonya could help me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung. Their machines are junk and their custimer service is abysmal. numerous times and as of today, October 8, my case manager Sonya

I did have to buy some parts to connect it but overall I like it. It’s a Samsung so I was expecting to pay more but it’s well worth the money.
