Only negative thing about it is that cycles can take a bit longer then other washers I've experienced , but if you want cleaner clothes it's worth it.

Reading some reviews complaining about having to get a separate device for wireless connectivity makes me laugh. It’s a washing machine people! Stop trying to connect everything to your network! Doing a load of laundry is hassle free. Dump the clothes in, add detergent and fabric softener, select cycle and temp, press start. About an hour later, your clothes are washed and ready to go in the matching Samsung dryer.

So far so good, but it does use a lot more water than the front loader, which is to be expected. Clothes are a lot wetter when they come out of this washer vs. the front loader, which then increases dry times. With all that said, the price was right and BBY was able to get this delivered to us within 3 days of the order. I appreciate all the settings these modern machines offer, but I do wonder about long term durability. For right now, 4 stars and we'll see how things progress.
