Recent purchase and is replacing an 11 year old LG front loading washer that saw the basket bracket separate from the housing. So far so good, but it does use a lot more water than the front loader, which is to be expected. Clothes are a lot wetter when they come out of this washer vs. the front loader, which then increases dry times. With all that said, the price was right and BBY was able to get this delivered to us within 3 days of the order. I appreciate all the settings these modern machines offer, but I do wonder about long term durability. For right now, 4 stars and we'll see how things progress.

Quiet washer and actually uses adequate amount of water to wash clothes. Houses with older plumbing may need a deep sink for draining.

I was happy with the price and availability for the washer. The delivery went great the installers were very professional. Best Buy did a great job of keeping us updated. The washer fits well and matches the same height as the Samsung dryer we have. So far I am happy with the performance and I like the options to adjust the water height if I prefer.

This is my second time purchasing this washer. It's the perfect size for our home, which has a smaller area for the washer/dryer. Even though its not the largest, it still fits all of my clothes. I love all of the options and ability to customize your wash. No complaints ever!
