Good product. No issues. Delivery guys installed and tested it before leaving.

Purchased it to replace a 20-year old machine from another company. Mostly automated process from water temperature to water level to soil type. Less noisy. Top cover is dark which makes it difficult to see what is happening inside. If you are a short person, it might be a bit difficult to reach the soap dispenser which is right below the control panel. Overall a good one to consider.

so far this thing is great. it is cleaning good and its not the loudest thing in the world. love the new Technology.

These are beautiful machines and I never thought that I would be someone who would say that about a washer! I thought that it broke after 90 days and was furious! I called Samsung and they serviced it within a week and it actually shut itself down to user error to protect itself. Even though it was a pain in the neck, it is nice to know that I can't really break the machine and that it is so well made that it will protect itself. The customer service was also great.

Washes clothes as you would expect. Nothing too fancy on it. Only complaint is very long chimes at end to announce it has completed cycle.

Love my washer!!! Was wondering if I would like it since there was no agitator. Don’t know why I was worried

So far it has been a good buy. Still new but has done a great job no matter what I have put in it.

Pros: Nice Washer, cleans well. Cons: Quite loud on spin cycle and not able to turn off music when wash cycle is completed.

This machine works wonderfully. It was reasonably priced and washes very well.

The set up and install was alarming because I was caused a leak but after the install was corrected the machine works smooth and gets the job done.

This washer does great work very easy to use. Only wish it allowed me to save settings but its not a big deal

Love it, exactly what I wanted. Washes blankets with no problem. Large loads no problem.
