The washer seems to do a fine job. However, in order NOT to have full strength laundry detergent lying on dry clothing before the tub gets full enough to dilute the detergent, I have to start the wash cycle without clothing in the tub and wait until the the tub has water in it with which to mix the detergent before "Pausing" the washer for the purpose of adding the cloths to be washed.

Good for the price. Our old one broke down and we had to get another one but didn’t wanna spend alot

The cycle times are kind of long but they can be altered. Otherwise, it works great for the value.

Love having an updated washer. This was on sale for a great price and glad I went with it, but so far it has shredded a few of the items I have washed in it, particularly those held with glue. Luckily I didn't care much about the clothes/rug that it let loose where the glue was. The impellar is supposed to be more gentle, but not sure so far. I can tell it cleans the clothes well though and better energy savings.

Service at the store and at delivery was great. The washer is excellent. I can’t believe how badly we needed a new one. Clothes are definitely cleaner now then ever. Only complaint is you have to set the water level, it’s not automatic and with kids that can be bad. It defaults to high water level. Otherwise it’s a great washer
