I did my home work. As washers go, this model is simple to use. and on one site rated best bang for your buck. It's only a month old but working very well. We are not into front load machines, to many issues and poor reviews. This one has the same basic features. And the price was great. At our local best buy, indoor shopping was not allowed because of covid. I did the transaction on the sidewalk in front of store. It went very well. Delivery and setup also went well. The two delivery men had set up done in twenty minutes. And a short how to use lesson. So far so good.

Purchased this washer after doing a lot of research. My previous washer name-brand “M” Conked out after four years and repair cost was 2/3 the cost of a new one… That being said this washer is great in all aspects except one… The spin cycle does not ring out the clothes very well and they are not just damp, sometimes they are actually still wet. This has increased our drying times tremendously… Other than that it is a good washer. It is quiet everything you read in the reviews is true, but it does not ring the clothes out very well in the spin cycle.

I have used this washer several times since the purchase and it works great. I’ve done hot, cold and warm loads and they all came out clean and smelling good. Extra large loads are no problem with the high water setting.

ve been using this washer and dryer for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with the performance. The washer is super efficient and does a great job getting clothes clean with less water. The dryer runs quietly and dries everything thoroughly without overheating. I also love the modern design and easy-to-use controls. Definitely worth the investment!

I LOVE this washer. I can fit so much laundry in it and it doesn’t shake and move all over the place. 10/10

Bought this a few weeks after purchasing the companion dryer. When my dryer failed, I knew I'd be looking at replacing the washer soon since the last washer was purchased at the same time the dryer that failed was. So when I looked at the dryer the sales person had me look over the companion washer - not to hard sell me but to educate and prepare me for making easier choices when I would replace the washer. I'm glad he did because it made it easy for me to make my purchase online when I was ready. The washer started acting up and the unit was on sale so the 'stars aligned', LOL And the online purchase and delivery scheduling was just as easy as the in person experience was. This washer has a great capacity and is the first washer I've owned that didn't have a center spindle agitator. While I initially thought this might be a negative, I quickly learned that is it an real advantage. There's more room for clothes to move around and nothing gets tangled up, either. The panel has a few confusing options at first but I quickly got used to it after reading the manual (both the washer and dryer have well written manuals, BTW!). I'm really happy with the way it cleans my laundry, including the spin cycle (no more soggy laundry) which aids in the drying efficiency. Plus it turns completely off at the end which means it's not slowly sucking electricity. I have power monitoring plugs on my washer/dryer and you might be surprised how it's always draining off just a little bit of juice 24 hours a day. And btw, it looks darn nice next to its companion dryer. I love the clear lid too! Definitely would recommend both the washer and the dryer.

This washer is easy to use and has a large capacity. My last washer left white streaks on certain dark material such as black jeans, shirts, track pants, and other dark items. This machine doesn't leave any streaks and I have always used liquid detergent. I have done 8 - 10 loads and no streaks, no problems, and the clothes appear to be cleaner with this washer. This machine is taller than my dryer but I think most newer appliances are taller, especially with larger capacities. I like that it rearranges the load so it washes and spins without any problems or banging noises. A nice sound signals when the load ends, not an annoying long buzzer. The men who installed it were very courteous, quick, and efficient.

Works well. Handles heavy washloads. Basically quiet machine.

So far so good. I like the glass gentle closing lid. The machine is a nice size and holds a lot of clothes. The rapid wash cycle is still quite long but otherwise a good machine at a good price. The cycle complete sound is nice.

Very good price for the brand. High quality. This is our second set of Samsung washer/dryers. Our last set stayed behind when we sold our house. It had more bells and whistles but this set is all we need. Easy to use and efficient.

It is one of the best washer i have installed in last 50 years. All the guess work is out. very simple instructions. easy to follow. Load clothes (daily use), Turn on Power, Press start button. Ensure use your choice if detergent. cloths will be washed in less than one hour. (Depending on load size, as well as water level we select). Greek Square personnel not only installed, but provided very useful guide lines for use of appliance. Washer has self clean feature & reminds us when 20 loads are washed it autometically blinks light, & guides us to unload washer and start self clean cycle. which is excellent. we all should read all the instructions.

Washer is great! Had it about a month now! Washes well! Big and quiet! Highly recommend!

I like all the features and not having an agitator. It holds a lot of clothes and they don’t get too tangled up. It is also much quieter than my last washer and has a soft close lid.

Excellent and clothes are always clean. Very quiet wash and has given me no problems since purchasing it.

I LOVE this machine. It is easy to use. Clothes are clean. At the end of 20 washes it tells me it wants to do a clean on itself. So you run a cleaning cycle. It has more settings than I will ever use but they are there if I need them. This tub is enormous and I can wash 2 quilts for my bed in this with no off balance and they come out beautiful. I love Samsung products but this one is amazing. I totally and highly recommend this washer. OH, and it is not loud at all.

I love this washer. It doesn't have an agitator so the inside is super big. Very quiet and easy to use.

Great washer has worked flawlessly I saw a lot of reviews about loads being off balance I feel it’s no worse than any other washer. I have washed around 100 loads with it and only had one out of balance and it was a large comforter. I opened it spread it out and it finished the cycle.

I’ve had this washer for about a month now, and it has been everything I expected. It’s a solid washer at a great price. I bought the washer on sale for $549. If you’re needing top of the line features this isn’t the washer for you, but if you want a good washer that is quiet, efficient, and gets the job done at a low price, this is a great option. My only real complaint at this point is I haven’t figured out how to turn the song off at the end. It’s long and loud, and my 3yo loves it. As soon as the wash is finished he know and we have to transfer the clothes to the dryer.
