Its a shame to spend over $600 dollar for an item that only lasts 2 years

They did not return for approximately 45 minutes. Unless they made another delivery in the neighborhood (and I doubt it), this was the only sticking point of my experience. Given the current political tensions, I can't help but wonder if my race and the neighborhood contributed to the circumstances in executing this contract.

We rearranged the clothes constantly and it would stop shaking. It’s a piece of crap. Wish I could get my money back. I would never buy from BB again. Customer service lately (2024) is the worst around.
