We got this washer about two weeks ago, and it works great! It's what we needed, and it was a great price.

Easy install and easy use! Only downside is there does not seem to by a way to turn off the end of cycle sound.

I have had this washer for about a month and am in love! What I like the most is how quiet in runs. I live in an apartment and barely hear it when in the next room unless I’m really paying attention. So I feel confident my neighbors don’t hear it either. Would definitely recommend for someone living in an apartment. No issues so far. Only note is to make sure to measure your laundry space or closet ahead of time. This unit JUST fit the space. I think a lot of the built in laundry closets in older apartment buildings can’t fit many of the newer washer/dryer units.

This washer is absolutely amazing and well built for being a mid-range priced appliance. It has all of the features to get so many diverse laundry loads done, in a fraction of the time as other washers from competing brands. I also bought the matching dryer as well.

I purchased this to replace an older model which I was very happy with. But buyer beware there is NO permanent press feature on this newer model. I didn't even think I had to look for this in a washer. Other than that I am happy with the model.
