The machine stopped 42 minutes after the cycle began. I was inanle to get the machine to finish the cycle or start again. I had to read the manual to get the machine to open up, remove the wet clothes and take it to the neighborhood laundrymat to wash. I reached out to best buy and they sent someone to look at the machine. I was told it's a mechanical problem, not a set up error. I reached out to bestbuy again and they agreed to replace the machine which I only had for 1 week. This was a big inconvenience for me as I had to wait for another machine and I had to go out to use the laundromat in the neighborhood. I also had to make myself available for them to make another delivery Not happy with this purchase

I tried to return it before the time limit but they told me i couldn't take it back to the store, instead i had to pay for them to pick it up, i had just paid to get it delivered to my house. It's ridiculous.
