Samsung is an excellent brand. I enjoyed my experience at Best Buy while purchasing these items. The saleswoman was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I have purchased several Samsung items from Best Buy and have had zero complaints to report.

Amazing washer!!! Love it. Holds so much clothes and washes well. Would absolutely buy again!!

Solid washer. Quiet*er* than most, but obviously not silent. Glass lid allows you to stand there and watch your laundry, if you’re into that. Plenty of options so you get the exact wash you need for the type of clothing, bedding, towels etc. you have. (The sanitize setting is the only one I use for towels, for example.) No fancy bells and whistles, just a great washer.

This washer machine is very nice. My mom loves it and she is very picky.

This washer is absolutely amazing and well built for being a mid-range priced appliance. It has all of the features to get so many diverse laundry loads done, in a fraction of the time as other washers from competing brands. I also bought the matching dryer as well.

The machine exceeded expectations, as did the delivery and installation provide by Best Buy

This washing machine is a great washer for the money nice and quiet and clothes come out clean

I attempted to do a load of laundry 30 minutes after my machine was delivered. The machine stopped 42 minutes after the cycle began. I was inanle to get the machine to finish the cycle or start again. I had to read the manual to get the machine to open up, remove the wet clothes and take it to the neighborhood laundrymat to wash. I reached out to best buy and they sent someone to look at the machine. I was told it's a mechanical problem, not a set up error. I reached out to bestbuy again and they agreed to replace the machine which I only had for 1 week. This was a big inconvenience for me as I had to wait for another machine and I had to go out to use the laundromat in the neighborhood. I also had to make myself available for them to make another delivery Not happy with this purchase

washes clothes well, but is a little deep so if you are short, you might want a smaller washer.

This washer is pretty dope, we had a older kenmore so definitely a step up. We love it.
