This washer has been a great addition to our laundry room. The agitator-free design is a huge plus — it’s gentler on clothes and gives more usable space in the drum so we can wash bulky items without trouble. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity easily handles large loads like comforters, towels, and family-sized laundry piles, which saves time and reduces the number of cycles. Performance is solid: the cleaning cycles are effective, and the machine runs very quietly thanks to the vibration reduction technology. Even at high spin speeds it stays remarkably calm, which is ideal for homes where the laundry area is near living spaces. Controls are straightforward and the washer feels well-built. Minor downside: advanced features take a little time to learn, and some cycles are longer than expected, but overall the gentler wash, large capacity, and quiet operation make this a strong choice. Highly recommended if you want a spacious, low-vibration, agitator-free top-loader.

So far so good! Needed to replace a prior washing machine and this time chose to go with a top loading one, as recommended by my dad. So far, we've had it for over a month and works great. I like that it has the vibration reduction and it isn't super loud either, so that's great.

Only purchased on 11/29 but after a month really like this washing machine, giving the time for the cycle and how much is left to go. So far so good .

So far, so good. The powdered detergent tray is a real 'pain' having to take it out every time to add powder. I switched to liquid. It's pour and go. Everything else seems to be fine

Would have given it a 5 star but the only down fall is the Quick wash isn’t really Quick. But it does the job. I recommend this washer.

Great beautiful washer, washes well in a timely manner. So far very reliable.

Good service but price is a little higher. The installation is perfect and there is no much help needed from me and all set up within minutes.

I personally wanted the black set but they were out of stock at the time. Same set, just a different color and I'm more than happy with my purchase.

The delivery guys were careful with removing the old washer and installing the new washing machine.
