Very good washer. It’s very quiet and the size is great. Very easy to use as well. Wish it had a presoak, but that’s about it.

I went to Best Buy knowing exactly what I wanted and they had it on the floor. I bought a home with a front load machine and it was not a Samsung. The sales person showed me the Samsung top load machine model that I wanted and I immediately purchased it. Delivery was set up for 9-15 and I was a happy customer. I had Samsung before and I know I will be happy with my purchase.

Just fabulous i love the wash the dugital the no noise reduction the way u can put the soap and fab softener in the way it spins and dry my clothing not to to sure on how to really enjoy the full effects of it but as long as it is doin the wonders that i need it to do im satified and its been great so far.oooooo and the best best best part is i can was my my pillow and a light comforter also a throw blanket in it oooooo my goodness just amazin i hope if anything happens to my machine i can buy this same one again.i just got it nov 7th and my family members r happppppy they said i hit the jackpot for them.im thankful

Samsung did it again, this is my second Samsung washing machine, the last one I purchased was 10yrs ago. This one is wonderful, big in the inside and very quite when washing.

Having nothing to say bad about this machine, I would say it's worth every penny. Washes comforters really well! Lost of space inside for larger loads. Some people say that it doesn't drain all the way and that items come out soaking wet sometimes. The problem is that they aren't reading the manual. There are different spin speeds, so they might just be on the wrong spin speed. If you do need an extra spin to drain out more, you just have to select rinse and spin, select the speed you want, then hold your finger down on spin until it beeps, they hit start. The machine is very quiet asswell.

the capacity is the best thing about this washer. i love it. the ease of the control panel is awesome. if you have to stop it to load something else (pause it and put it in the washer) restart and goes from there (not like the washer i am replacing this with. very quite too. i have been showing it off to my friends and family.

Washes so quietly, love the music to notify me it’s done , easy to use . Quality is great for a great low price . I got the matching dryer with both in combination work so well . Carry’s heavy loads .

This washer is simply amazing. It is quiet but powerful. The options for wash time and cycle type accommodates just about any laundry load. The capacity of the large washer is the best i have ever seen.

Just recently got this washer, but love it already! So much space. very quiet when on, and we specifically wanted a washer without an agitator. We got everything we wanted and for a great price!

Needed a new washer I had a Maytag washer it was good up until the 4th year. Had service check it and the said the transmission was shot & it made lots of noises until it just stopped all together. The big differences is the timer cycle. This Samsung is Very, Very, quieter over all operation of the Maytag and has more power. This washer is efficient, fast and the clothes came out cleaner than I expected for it not to have an agitator. The Maytag had one and beat the clothes up. & that timer clicking & buzzing during the wash, spin, rinse cycles could be heard 50ft away. Samsung has a good product. Lets see how long this washer will last. Thanks.

Great washer. Love that it is a deep top loader. Many settings and timer to choose from. I feel comfortable putting in my blanket too. Came out great. Highly recommend

I love my new dryer! It looks aesthetically pleasing while also thoroughly cleansing my clothes. The install was super quick and easy and I haven’t had any problems with it. My clothes look and feel cleaner than my last washer. It’s a quiet washer as well. The only con is the time it takes to wash a load. Even the quick wash is about 45 minutes but I know most newer washers have longer wash times. I’m loving my new washer overall and will recommend to anyone.
