I have had no issue with washer but only have had it for less then 30 days but I love the washer so far it does everything I thought it would do plus more

This is an absolute awesome top loader. We were worried at first, having had 3 previous LG front loaders (that were garbage). This washer makes your clothes smell amazin.

Works great no issues easy set up cleans better then my old Maytag agitator and gets more stains out and was light enough I got it down the stairs by my self they package it well so you can just slide it down the stairs and set it right up

Quality product. Quiet operation. Quite a few settings, but not overwhelming. First washer I have owed without agitator. Have no complaints.

I am very happy with this washer. It has a large capacity and gets the clothes clean. It's quiet and plays a little tune when it's done. My favorite feature is the little drawer where you add the detergent and fabric softener. The machine automatically rinses the drawer so it doesn't get gummed up and it stays nice and clean.

Have ran several loads of laundry since purchase and do not have anything bad to say about this purchase other than the packing and all the styrofoam were a pain to break down. Might be worth to pay for install so they can take all the garbage with them when finished.

First time Samsung washing machine buyer - and first time buying a washer without the agitator in the middle....we LOVE this washing machine! I wasn't so sure at first but we just had to get used to it and now it's like a dream come true! Best Buy delivery was flawless - from beginning to finish the guys were great! Very happy with my purchase!

I purchased this after our 20+ year old Sears special Kenmore that came with our house stopped spinning and agitating. I was a bit skeptical of a top load washing machine without an agitator, but so far this one has cleaned better than our old kenmore ever did. While the UI is confusing if you don't read the manual, it was easy to get accustomed to once I did. This thing is packed with plenty of load cycle, water level, and temperature options to fit anything you may need to throw in it. The self balancing/calibration feature is great as well, and the Unbalanced load protection pause/beep is a welcomed change from hearing the spin cycle bang against the tub walls late at night. The auto level water selection is a great feature and helps get the perfect amount of water to clean any load size. I was a bit concerned with HE and having issues with pet hair, but so far this washer has pushed far less dog hair through our drain net than the previous. It seems to ball it up during the spin cycle, making it easy to remove in small dry clumps once the cycle has finished. While on the topic of spin cycle; it's FANTASTIC. Clothes come out of this thing almost dry it's so efficient. I've been able to cut drying times in half since my last washing machine, and as long as this thing has half the longevity of my previous machine, I'll be happy. This thing is QUIET, so it's hard to tell if it's even running at times. The music that plays at the end of the cycle is great for that reason, though it would be nice if it could be disabled for those that run laundry at night like myself. Cons- The self locking lid is a bit annoying after having an old washer that you could open at any time. Having to press the pause and resume button every time you want to add an article of clothing you missed gets a bit monotonous. With that said, it's been a fantastic machine for the value thus far,

I love this washer! Great price! It has a lot more room than our front loader. The front loader always had a funky smell (which is partly our fault for not wiping down the gasket as often as we should) and also it was limited in space because you had to leave room for the clothes to move. This washer has much more room and the clothes smell much fresher. We’ll see in time if that changes, but we love it so far. The impeller does a good job of moving the clothes around. I was worried because we had an agitator in my childhood washer. It does the same and it doesn’t rough up the clothes like an agitator does. It’s relatively quiet and very effective. The window on the lid is a nice feature, but I do worry that I might drop something on it and shatter it. :/ Here’s to hopefully a long and beautiful relationship with our new washer. Oh and the free delivery was awesome!! Best Buy staff were friendly and helpful.
