It does wash well, and has a large capacity where I'm able to wash a week's worth in 1 load. I lie that I can view water level and adjust accordingly. Overall, it gets the job done. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

I was subsequently told a new Washer was the wisest choice. I did some on line searches and decided on this Samsung model and then headed to Best Buy to view the machine. I closed the deal after my initial visit and the machine was delivered and installed within days, So far, so good....no problems with the operation or performance.

I have no complaints about this washing machine. It cleans effectively, is relatively quiet and shows little to no wear to date. I have to two corgis (high shedding breed) and it does not have any difficulty with their fur. I wish there was an option to turn off the end of cycle cleaning song, but at this point I just sing along because if you can’t beat em, join em.

Being a single guy I always went with the cheap lower end models in the past. This washer offers so much more. It's not even a High end Model, More mid Range. Love the capacity and ease of use. People reviewed how their clothes seem cleaner after using this washer. I thought it was just in their minds BUT, The clothes really do come out cleaner. Very impressed. Bought it at the black Friday price which was sweet. Highly recommended.

The top loading feature fits perfectly for the small layout of where the established hookup for the waterline of our house is. It’s user friendly and plays a little tune (shorter than the Samsung dryer) to let you know when it’s done. It’s easy to level by rotating the bottom knobs either clockwise or counterclockwise and relatively quiet.

It is pretty quiet and seems to clean my clothes well. I like the see-through door. I like being able to see what's going on during cycles. I like the easy push buttons and the very simple operation of the washer. The pull out detergent drawer is super simple to remove and clean to help reduce build-up. I like the location of the drawer as well. It is easy to fill.

Sadly, every time the cycle ends, they decided that you need to hear a 40-second long jingle/chime and gives you no option to turn it off or even decrease the volume. If it was practical, I would return the unit and find an option that gives me more options.

There is a BUZZ that I thought was a malfunctioning part within the machine. Not so, it is just loud. it only happens at the start of the cycle. The machine work well just loud at the start of the cycle.
