It is very heavyweight and definitely needs at least two strong guys to deliver it. Used BestBuy installation and it was a breeze!

Wasn't to sure about the lack of agitator in the middle, I had a washer of this type in the past and it was terrible never really got my clothes clean. But this Samsung washer gets the clothes and bedding super clean and it is quiet to boot. Plus has a lot of capacity to take on the biggest laundry loads. I'm a believer!

The cycle selections, the quality, the ease of operation, and the longevity all contribute to make it a great value. I have the same washer at another home and bought this one to replace one that came with the home, but recently broke, so of course, I bought the same brand and style that has served me superbly for over 11 years so far!

Our old washer had an issue not draining fully, so our clothes (and our daughter's stuffed animals) had odors that we didn't think would come out...But we were very pleasantly surprised that this Samsung cleaned so thoroughly that we didn't have to replace our clothes, or the irreplaceable stuffed animals! I initially wasn't sure if not having the agitator would mean a much less thorough wash. We're very happy with it!

No more out of balance vibrations caused by large or heave items getting wrapped around the agitator. It also seems to have a modified spin cycle that balances the load before water is added. My wife and I are very pleased with this machine.

Delivery guys were polite, unpacked and hooked up the washer, Even ran a test load to make sure everything was working properly. The price was also great, so no complaints here! Definitely recommend.
