I purchased this washer when I moved from an apartment into a house. I love love love this washer. It does such a great job on my clothes. It has a huge capacity and is actually so deep that I can just barely reach the bottom of the tub. It has many different settings so you don't waste water or energy. It even plays a song when the load is done washing which is super cute. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

Really easy to use but the downside is my wife lets me do the laundry now. Very quiet and super water efficient

Quiet, easy to use. The chimes are pleasant when ringing and settings are decent for varying needs of your laundry loads. No agitator allows for large loads. Gets loads clean to my satisfaction.

Great product works really well for a family of 5. When making the choice be sure to select the one that has the agitator ! We had no idea what that was, it’s what helps shuffle the clothes during the wash. That being side , even with that agitator we are satiated so far with the performance.

This is so easy to use. Plenty of options, but not crazy complicated. Good size for 4 person household use. Can do blankets etc, but not huge energy waster.

Perfect for me. Nice size, been using it for over a month. No problems or issues, clothes come out clean and very well spun. I feel like since I got this machine my clothes dry quicker. I was weird about it not having a middle thing, but I quickly got past that.

This is the first time I have used/owned a washer that does not have an agitator. It is quiet large, and that makes me very happy. I am still trying to familiarize myself with the nuances. It would have been nice to receive a printed owners/instruction manual with it, rather than scanning a QR code to find it.

It’s very quiet, I’m used to a washing machine with an agitator this one does not have one. My only reason not giving it 5 stars is because the wash cycle is longer than I’m used too

Delivery was good and after 2 weeks its working great.

The Samsung top load washer is a replacement for a front load washer. The Samsung's liquid detergent dispenser looks OK but is awkward to use. (I like to let the upturned cap rest in the dispenser while arranging the clothes in the washer.) Also this is the first washer that deposits lint on the clothes rather than letting me capture the lint on a screen over the drain/ (In the olden days I used a nylon stocking to catch the lint.) The clothes are clean and that is an improvement over the front loader that it replaces.

Efficient & quiet. Cleans clothes well Easy to operate.

Had it for a six months of months it does wonderful job can’t complain about it

We bought this for our house - we bought this to be our washing machine for a year or two and then this will stay with the house when we rent it. Limited electronics which will be nice for a rental (less to go wrong) and strong Samsung name. So far it's been great and the capacity is huge! Good looking, yet simple design!!! Great price and in-stock. Best Buy is great for appliances and the gal that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out this model for what we wanted (listed above). Delivery was quick and easy too!

Love this washer. We had a Maytag before and it was horrible. This washer is quiet, easy to use and I feel like it actually gets my clothes clean.
