About a month ago I replaced by LG washer and dryer with this Samsung unit. Generally, I was satified with the washer but a few times when washing sheets from a king size bed the load was unbalanced the cycle stopped midway. There was only the sheets from one bed and one bath towel so the machine was not too full. It was disappointing and disconcerting to have this issue.

I love this machine. Its easy to use. I like the size of the washer inside.

Washing cycle worked great. Spin cycle stopped and error code UL when over two items put in load and vibrated all over the floor for the 1 minute of spin that worked. Acted like the drum was out of balance when it speeded up like a tire out of balance on an automobile. Suspect something dislodged in shipment because a friend has same model and loves their Samsung 4.5 Cu Ft machine especially the high speed spin cycle which almost dries the clothes and doesn't make any noise or have any unbalanced loads for al size loads.

Our washer went out over the holidays . When we went to look at Samsung and this was the only one that wasn’t on recall . Also available for delivery within a week. I’ve never had a Samsung before and really like mine.LOVE when it’s finished it plays a tune

I’ve been very pleased with the washer. It is easy to operate and has a good-sized tub. The spin cycle is excellent at removing water. I bought it online and picked it up at the store without any issues.

I love my new washer and it's light to move to clean and very quiet

I was concerned about the impeller design compared to the agitator and how well it would clean, but have to say it cleaned clothes very well. Not as hard operate as I thought it might be, instructions made it easy. The only caveat is that the drum is so deep that my wife can't reach the bottom because she is short and I have to move the laundry to the dryer. No big deal.

Overall great machine for the price. Easy close glass lid, intuitive controls and quiet, easy to install.

Great washer. I've had this over six months and it does a great job. Can fit king size comforters easily. It's quiet. Does do a little jingle when its done. Its never been unbalanced in the year I've had it so that's a plus. Gets clothes clean and I have some dirty clothes with a mechanic and a truck driver in the family so I'm happy. Really don't have any complaints with this washer.

Large capacity. Not a lot of noise. The cycle does take a while. But it efficient on water.

As a Samsung this is as basic as it gets. It's everything you need and nothing extra. It works great it just doesn't have all the fancy features that come with higher end models. It's definitely an advanced washer, and the the vibration reduction must work great, since you don't even notice it, it's just spins quietly. The only thing we didn't like is the end of wash song, which is long and get's to be a bit annoying.

We purchased matching set for our new home. They work great! Quiet and efficient. Excellent product!

This machine is very quiet and offers plenty of cycles to accommodate our different fabrics. It doesn't take up much space in our laundry room, despite the size of the drum. It looks great and our clothes turn out well. Highly recommend this washer!
